I have been a long time Grabill resident and I was actually hung up on and argued with by one of the nurses. Why? I had called to ask if I could get a copy of my lab work (that I paid LabCorp for) I am a single motherand this is a free clinic. But, although I very rarely have extra money, I always donate $10 bc of the Drs. They are donating their time. There is absolutely NO way excuse for a nurse to hang up on you. I live so close that after she hung up on me... I drove there to get my results. Just because you have a title of a nurse or in the medical field...that does NOT GIVE YOU THE RIGHT TO TREAT PEOPLE POORLY OR SUBHUMAN. There are good people that work there but Abby is the one who was beyond disrespectful and just plain nasty. When it is free, ask yourself why.
