They left an item off my order and one of the other items was badly damaged. They re-sent the damaged item, but not the one they left off. The damaged item was just as bad as the previous and also had to be trashed. Contacted them and they will not respond. Filed a complaint with the BBB and they won't respond to them either. I would have been a repeat customer for the item they left off, but because of the poor customer service, I will not return.
